Policies

Payments will be taken at the beginning of each month, before classes start to secure your place. Please note once you have booked, paid and secured your space, the commitment is for the full month There will be no refunds if you/your child wants to leave or is unable to attend. We cannot carry over payment for future classes if you cannot attend. If I for any reason have to cancel the classes, then payment for that week/class will be rolled over.

We will require you to sign a declaration when you first join, agreeing to the use of cameras in our studio which may be used to take photographs/videos of you or your child. These photographs/videos may be used in our printed and online publicity if required, including social media sites.

If you do not wish for you or your child to be filmed or photographed please let me know and I'll ensure this does not happen.

I will require you to fill in an Emergency Contact/ Medical declaration form when your first join. This form is required to not only give us a second contact in case of an emergency, but to also make us aware of any known illness or disability that may affect you or your child during classes. In the case of minor accidents, first aid will be administered by a qualified first aider.
